Our approach

A whole-home remodel is our most comprehensive offering. We unify design across every room, handle all permits and trades in-house, and deliver a single fixed price for the entire scope. Families typically relocate during peak demolition, then move into a transformed home 16 to 36 weeks later.

We begin with a full-home design study — how you actually use each room, traffic flow, storage gaps, and future-proofing for aging in place or growing families. Structural changes (removing load-bearing walls, opening up stairwells, adding egress) happen before finishes, so the shell is right before the first tile goes down. One project manager owns the job end to end.

• Unified interior design

  Cabinetry, flooring, tile, trim, paint, lighting, and hardware selected together so every room reads as part of one home.

• Structural engineering

  Licensed engineer sign-off on every load-bearing change, with plans stamped for Chicago permits.

• All trades in-house

  Framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, cabinetry, and finish carpentry staffed by our team, not subbed out.

• Single fixed price

  Line-item transparent quote. If scope changes, you approve a written change order before we proceed.
