Commercial tenants usually have a hard deadline — lease start, store opening, inspection date. We sequence work around that date, not around our convenience. ADA compliance, egress paths, and fire/life safety are reviewed in the first week so we don't discover a wall needs to move at framing. We carry commercial GL and workers' comp at appropriate limits.
