Run 2–3 simultaneous residential remodels end-to-end. Five years of framing, finish, and cabinetry experience required. Commercial driver's license a plus.
Own 4–6 active projects at a time from contract to punch list. Customer communication, subs, permits, schedule, quality. Five years experience managing residential remodels.
Design kitchens, baths, and whole-home projects. Present concepts, source materials, spec cabinetry. NCIDQ-certified or eligible preferred. Three years of residential remodeling design.
Employer-paid premium on the base plan for you and your family.
We match 4% dollar-for-dollar after 90 days, vested day one.
Three weeks to start, plus nine paid holidays and one floating holiday.
Field staff get a $1,200 annual allowance for tools and work boots.
$2,000 per person per year for OSHA, lead-safe, trade certifications, or AutoCAD courses.
