The challenge

The existing space had dated finishes, compartmentalized rooms, and structural limitations that blocked the client's goals. Our pre-construction review flagged the load-bearing walls, outdated electrical panel, and plumbing rough-in locations that would drive both scope and budget.

The solution

We opened the key walls, upgraded the electrical service, relocated plumbing where necessary, and layered the interior design on top of a sound shell. One project manager owned the job from demolition through final punch list, with weekly on-site progress updates to the owner.
